The Paradise Big Band: What can you say? They're Vic Firth sticks. I have played 5A's for many years but after finding out Virgil Donati uses the 5B's I thought to give them a try. Stick is a bit thicker but not bad at all. Has a lot of meat on the shoulder for lots of crash cymbal work [if that's your bag]. Nice feel and power. Personally like the slightly heavier stick. You won't go wrong with ANY Vic Firth stick!
