Rescuemomof1: My pup is normally not picky about treats until I try to give these. I dont treat them any differently than others but he doesn't care much for these. I wanted to love them & say they work great but for us personally & my weirdo dog- they don't seem to do anything. My dog has a habit of licking stuff when he gets anxious (his anxiety is triggered by random every day things-like the kids being quiet). I was hopeful these would have an effect on that but they don't. I'm sure that others wouldn't have an issue with it working. My dog is just "special".
They are very easy to give & dont have a bad smell. They are a soft treat that is easy for the dog to eat. My dog will eat them but he has to spit it out & look at it for a minute first (again he's a weirdo). My rating is based solely off my dogs reaction & does not mean it would be the same for yours. Ultimately it's worth a shot & I will continue giving these to my dog in hopes that I will get a different reaction.

Nikki TS: My dog Leto, a Korean Jindo, is about 38lbs and, per instructions, I gave him 1 chew. It didn't seem to really do anything for him, but I'm going to try them again when we go on a road trip, since he isn't afraid of the car, but definitely isn't the biggest fan.
He did seem to like the flavor and size, so giving it stars for that. If I notice a significant change next time I take him in a longer drive I will update my review.

AnonymousAnonymous: To be honest, I was skeptical about this product but I really have had nothing but the best experience with BarkBox as a company. Full disclosure, they did send me a 20% discount to try it, so I decided to give it a go. I have two fur babies, both of which are mildly nervous, one of which really has developed pretty significant travel anxiety. Which is an issue, because we travel all the time! So, I had already tried a few different calming products, and nothing had worked. If anything, there was one that literally just knocked him out, but that's not what I'm looking for. However, like I said, I really like BarkBox, so I decided to give it a try. And I am so glad that I did!!! This stuff actually works! It definitely helped my fur baby relax, but it didn't knock him out. He was still awake and alert, but just not shaking or panting or nervous. In fact, after trying it out with my own pups, I ended up sending some to my sister and nephew. They both have fur babies that are nervous, and or overly excited. My nephew just got a Vizsla and has been having issues with him being a little too energetic in the house. He is giving him one of these as needed just to help calm him down,...

Kelly D: One of the dogs in my home gets pretty keyed up when faced with strangers in the wild, bicycles, motorcycles, and/or novel stimuli due some neurological & socialization issues. Though we are working on reactivity through training protocols, this manifests as fear aggression (barking, lunging, snapping) and loose stools within the first 1/4 mile. He weighs 60lbs, so I fed him 2 calming treats, waited an hour, and took him for a walk through the neighborhood park.
I was impressed! Even though he enjoys walks, he also gets anxious about potential strangers or novel stimuli. Almost immediately, we saw 2 groups of people walking a path to intersect ours. He checked with me for reassurance and changed paths to follow me without lunging or barking. As we continued, people were walking behind us. Instead of his usual obsessive checking, he looked back a few times and continued in a relaxed manner. There was a family on the playground as we passed; he barely looked at them. This was quite a change from our usual walks. It was actually relaxing for me too, and I didn't even have to pick up anxiety poop.
As a rescue foster, I have used a number of different brands of calming...
