Danielle: I’m rehabbing a knee and ended PT so I bought these to continue my rehabbing at home. I like the feel of these, that I can change the weight, they don’t feel too bulky, and for Nicky around my ankle. I haven’t used them on my small wrists but I did see if they’d fit and I was surprised they did. I’ve worked out with these a few times and they held up

Miss99: Nice product as advertised. A little bulky but that should be expected for the type of product. If you want to use on small wrist, they are pretty big but will work. My wrists are 6". I know they are ankle weights, but I also wanted to use for wrist weights. Appear to be made good with the exception of the Velcro. I don't believe the Velcro will hold up. But you can easily add some Velcro.
It's nice that you can remove some of the weight.
