Sharon S.: I'm pretty confident working on steel and aluminum bikes but I was a bit antsy about tightening carbon components. Works great! Make sure you loosen your screws with a standard Allen key so you don't put extra wear on your tool. Love that the bits store in the handle.

tony williams: Usually when I buy inexpensive tools I get things that look solid, but feel cheap. This tool looks cheap, but feels solid. The bits fit snugly in the wrench, and in the holder, which is super-easy to open when you figure the trick. Checked it on my stem, which was tightened up by a pro when I installed a new fork, and all the bolts were tightened the same 2nms. Good tool!

MattMatt: I held the socket end fixed and hung barbells from the handle to check the accuracy. 10 pounds hanging 7 cm from the shaft works out to 3.1 Nm and the wrench showed just over 3 Nm. I doubled the weight to 20 lb. and the needle pointed to somewhere between 6 and 6.5 Nm (6.25 Nm would match the weight and distance). So it looks accurate, at least up to this torque!

Mike: ditch the more expensive bicycle torque wrenches, as this one will do the job needed for most Nm measurement for road bikes. used it on my Devinci Sora gravel bike and it works as described

Thanh Nguyen: Before I had this, I kept over-tightening my seat post and brakes which caused them to fail and not work as intended. This has solved my problems as I now tune them to exact manufacturer specifications. They will work accurately as long as you remember to only use them to tighten and not to loosen. Be sure to have a separate allen key for loosening.

Gerald Widen: Like all products for review, the price has to be taken into account. When researching a torque wrench, I was looking for the least expensive choice with mostly good reviews. This product fit the bill.

It is easy to read the amount of torque in the display. The tips supplied will be useful for the vast majority of areas that need to be tightened on a bike. The tips that are excluded wouldn’t be useful as the range of the scale goes up to 12mn.

There is a small case attached to the shaft which includes the tips. Great idea as everything is one place.

I don’t know for sure how accurate the device is, but the force required at the different levels seems reasonable and when not in use sits at zero.

For occasional use I’d definitely recommend this tool to a friend, and somehow it got lost, I’d purchase it again.
