Amazon Kunde: Sehr gute Manga Reihe . Basierend auf dem Roman Musashi von Yoshikawa Eiji. Ebenfalls lesenswert. Vagabond ist meiner Meinung nach genau so gut wie die neu aufgelegte Lone Wolf & Cub Reihe bei Panini.
Der einzige ( persönliche ) Wermutstropfen : die Vizbig Bände sind zum Teil vergriffen bzw relativ teuer. Dieser Band hier ( 9 ) ist der letzte, neben vier weiteren Ausgaben, den ich direkt über Amazon zu einem niedrigen Preis kaufen konnte.
Ich werde also noch etwas Geld und Zeit investieren bis ich alle Bände zusammen habe. Lohnt sich aber unbedingt. Absolut empfehlenswert !

Vishal dawarVishal dawar: This manga has one of the most breathtaking artwork. The story and the flow of the story by Takehiko inuoe is out of the ordinary and this release is really deserving for this series. Amazing spine and cover art.
This is an 3in 1 omnibus but still has cover art of every cover of the single volumes and the page quality is okay just the cover is little bit sensitive but overall amazing book.

rrexyl: The condition of the product was near perfect (yay!), but more importantly this is one of the most powerful volumes to date in terms of Vagabond's story and spectacle. Absolutely astounding.

Beau Miki: I ordered this last year but gave away my set to one of my former students and he in turn enjoyed the manga story. I have recollected the manga series and it is a very good story with awesome illustrations, I have read a copy of Eiji Yoshikawa's Musashi book and this set of Manga is a very good addition to the whole Miyamoto Musashi story. I highly recommend these books and this one is tied in with the duel between Musashi and Denshichiro.

setlib: The Vizbig v.9 edition combines original volumes 25-27. Volume 25 focuses on the duel between Musashi and Denshichiro, and while the end is never really in question, it is a moving tribute to the honor Denshichiro shows. He displays so much honor, in fact, it drives his loyal followers to foolishly challenge Musashi. Matahachi and Musashi finally reunite, but Matahachi's jealousy ruins it, as usual. Volume 26 begins the famous encounter between Musashi and the 70 swordsmen of the Yoshioka school. I had assumed this section would be very confusing, but I should have known better - Takehiko Inoue's consummate skill clearly traces each step of the bloody battle, even while giving many of the individuals great character and humanity. In volume 27, tiring rapidly, Musashi faces down Ueda and Akemi. Although this is a very bloody episode in the story of Miyamoto Musashi, it also contains meditations on the waning role of the samurai in Japan -- truly a thinking-person's examination of the philosophy of violence.
