Mara S.Mara S.: We are extremely happy with VacLife's customer service. VacLife stands behind their product. Our handheld vacuum started malfunctioning after the warranty period ended. We reached out to the company to ask about replacing the battery. Anna responded that same day asking us for our order number and asked a few questions regarding the issue.. After providing Anna with our order number she wrote back and asked for videos which we sent to her along with a picture of the charger.

Anna responded back right away that they will be sending out a replacement. We got a confirmation rather quickly that it was being shipped out and we would be getting it the next day. We are blown away by their customer service and that they sent a replacement. Anna truly is a gem. Thank you Anna.. We would definitely recommend this product and wonderful company.

Update... We received the replacement as promised. We've been using it and have noticed it's lighter in weight.

Niki V.: I kept this product one day. Pros: It charges fully very fast. Took only 2 hours to have a full charge. It picks up great - has great suction. It is lightweight, which is a plus for arthritic hands.

Cons: Why I am returning: Used it, after a full charge, for exactly 2 minutes. It worked great at picking up dog food my little pup had spilled around his bowl. Looked at the charger bars, it was down 2 bars after less than 3 minutes!! At that rate, it wouldn't have been able to be used but 7-8 minutes until needing to be recharged. Another con: To clean it, you had to remove the filter, remove the water adapter. Nope - I am used to my old Black and Decker - open, dump debris, close. So, there you go. Good little machine, but too many cons for me. I ordered a B&D replacement. My former one lasted 22 years.

Purchaser: I bought this hand vacuum for cleaning the car and for use around the house for small messes, so we didn't have to get out the full-size vacuum every time. I've been very amazed at the battery life. Suction is pretty good, too, considering the price point. Suction does die off a bit when the battery drops, but still very strong for at least 15-20 minutes continuous after a full charge before dropping to moderate suction. It is nice to have the light. The hose is a huge win for cleaning the car since some areas are impossible to get with the crevice tool due to corners/angles. This one had some of the best reviews, so we gave it a shot. Would highly recommend as an economical spot cleaning tool!

Its suction power is really good and high i had suction corners in my room , and for stairs it’s is really good to suction small small particles even it good for cleaning up hair in bathrooms and over carpets , even it is good in cleaning the car it has amazing different different tools to use for different purposes and it works really good and suctions very fast . I love the structure and colour with a cute lighting so it’s super easy to use a night carrying in car with kids . I can not get over it . It’s has washable suction too .
I am very happy to get and find the best one .
I am in love with this vacuums I am recommending this to everyone to buy this .
I also referred my friends and relatives and showes them they also loved it and bought also..

Rebecca Beittel: Product came promptly, undamaged, and exactly as advertised, with all the promised accessories. Looks good, with smooth clean lines and high tech appearance. Had to be plugged in and charged before use. Here's the good and the bad (well, really, just the less good):

Pros:
- Good strong suction
- Good battery life between charges (at least now as a new product)
- Collection of useful attachments
- Can see how much is accumulating in the dust collector so you know when to empty
- Cool LED light lets you see what you're cleaning up even in dim surrounding light
- LED indicator lets you see how much vacuum is charged and when it reaches full charge

Cons (really just suggestions for future improvements):
- Air vent on the vac is unfortunately positioned so that it blows forward and down and at times blows around what you're trying to vacuum up
- Including a docking station to store the vac and the accessories would be nice
- In order to optimize battery life you need to remember to go back and unplug the vacuum once it's fully charged, and you're not supposed to leave it plugged in more than 24 hours; a feature that automatically turned off...
