golden bear gal: I just purchased this and have one word for it - DELIGHTFUL! Does the job - display of time is easy to see and read (it's dimmable) and wake up alarm works well, but it's that wake up that is so nice. Instead of a harsh sound it wakes you up to birds chirping and music. So nice to have that first thing in the morning when you have so many things that you have to do. Puts you in a pleasant mood to start the day. Wish I had purchased it earlier!

CB: When you're able to actually set the time on this clock, it's great. But anytime a time change is required, you're in trouble. I have never been able to set it with one operation. Following the directions and holding down the Time Set button until it flashes almost never works. Supposedly holding it for three seconds is all that's required. It never flashes. I've pulled the power to reset it, and left it off from 30 seconds to 30 minutes. I'm lucky if I only have to do that 8-10 times. With the recent time change, I finally gave up and I'm ready to toss it. We only use it for the time, nothing else, but even that is problematic. If you need something to test your patience, you've found it in this device.

Update to my review. I was unable to use the support link for the manufacturer listed on the quick start manual. Not sure if it was no longer supported, or if it had been changed. A search for it did not provide any other link. On Amazon, I found a button to click for product support and gave it a try. Within a few hours, I received a response from the seller with a suggestion for solving the problem. I had already tried that and no joy. They are sending me a replacement...

Dusti Rose: I love this alarm, I can darken it at night to sleep and brighten it during the day. I hate normal alarm sounds so the other options are awesome (I wake up to the sound of birds). And I can charge my watch through it

A. Tremblay: The thing I like the most is that I can dim the light to very very low so it doesn't disturb me. It is also nice to have the possibility to change the alarm (and to have a volume control for it).

Will B.: The display on this looks great, it’s crystal clear. It avoids over-complicating what it can do in a refreshing way. It’s not a radio, it’s not a Bluetooth speaker. It’s an alarm clock, and all of its features are built around that. The display brightness is adjustable with a knob, the alarm volume is adjustable with a knob, there is battery power backup, and there is a USB power socket that is perfect for passing through power from a single wall plug to also charge a phone. All useful.

It has some alternate alarm sounds (in addition to the more traditional BEEP) that mostly sound terrible, but there is a piano melody that I like. I also like that the volume slowly amps up, as opposed to a sudden startling blast.

Brechie: My phone ap just wouldn't stay open anymore and I wake too often at night and always check the time. Reopening ap every time just wakes me further, so a little clock with good dimming was needed. This little gem fit the need perfectly. Only complaint is the plug-in is on the left side of the unit and it's kind of awkward - I need to wrap it to the back of the unit to plug it in. I'll live with it because . . well .. .it's a a gem

Maureen: Overall, I love this clock. The dimmer is my best friend. Haven't had a clock in my bedroom for a couple of years due to light sensitivity. Between the white, large display, and the excellent dimmer, I can finally just open my eyes and see the time. After reading the instruction, it was easy to set up. Being retired, I have no use for the alarm so can't rate that. It arrived quickly and was packaged well.

Happy Camper: I bought this clock because I wanted to gain some extra space on my nightstand. It's small but has big numbers, the dimmer is awesome, and the USB port is nice to have. But one issue I have is that I bought it in January and it's been slowly losing seconds. It's now October and it's 4 minutes slow. I really like the clock though so I'll just adjust the time, but it's on par to be off by 5 minutes a year. Not a deal breaker for me but could be for others. And I don't use the alarm - I only needed it for telling the time, so can't speak to that.

mmdpt2003mmdpt2003: I decided to purchase this alarm clock specifically to replace using my phone as an alarm clock. I wanted to stop taking my alarm clock to bed every night and leave it in another room. I took a chance on this little alarm clock and I have loved it. It has a brightness adjustment that will actually dim down until it is completely off. Many alarm clocks will dim but not go completely dark. As I am extremely light-sensitive when I sleep this was important to me. It is simple to set the time and alarm time. It is also nice that it has different sounds to choose from rather than just being stuck with one. The volume control is more than adequate for me and I am a fairly deep sleeper. My only complaint would be that is a very light weight alarm clock which resulted in me knocking it off my nightstand a few times. I solved that by just using Command strips to stick it to my nightstand. I have used it for almost a month and still love it.
