Hector J.Hector J.: The motors/ actuators look very good, the hardware in the kit was sufficient to do the complete dual gate installation, the proximity ground sensor works good, the wiring was a breeze, I did have a question on a wire for the lock and the guys at the support answer the phone immediately and clear my question, he followed up the next day via text, and was there for me. the remotes was the only thing a bit affected by the glass , metal of the truck. they worked Ok. 80 or so ft but in open unobstructed field, not so good in the car 40 or so ft, they sent me 2 more remotes and they have WAY better range. I can open the gate from the house sitting on my living room well over 100 ft away,
Total success, I added a picture of my entrance gate because I'm happy with it. DIY all of it one man job from concrete to welding and stone work, not too bad for my first gate. Thanks for the support Alex !

Ridgerunner: I've been wrestling with a set of Mighty Mule FM350/352 gate operators for Years with limited success. After sitting down and adding up the cost of maintaining the Mighty Mule operators over the past 2 years I realized I could have paid for a replacements operator set. That being the case I scrapped them and bought these. The Mighty mule driveway wand and keypad worked with the new operators and all that messy wiring that does't fit inside the Mighty Mue drives was discarded. The end result is that I have a very neat installation with minimal wiring, (24v Vs. 12V. systems require smaller wires) and all the features I had before. In addition the system is wisper quiet, the limits can be set without taking the drives apart and there's a remote control box that accessories are wired to instead of the drive. You DON't have to disassemble the drive casing every time to add an accessory, program a remote or have to set limit switches. I Love it!! My control is a perfect hight, I can sit on my shop stool and perform work in it without stooping, working on my knees or bending over.
One issue: One of my 2 remotes transmit continuously when the case is snapped together. I had to remove...

Gary in Illinois: I ordered this product from Amazon and received it within two business days. The box was delivered by UPS no visible damage on the outside of the box The unit was packed very well. You can tell by looking this is a heavy duty gate opener. It comes with two keychain style remotes, and the weather tight control box has the ability to attach other accessories to this setup .It gives me peace of mind knowing it's going to be in the elements. The hardware that comes with the unit is very beefy strong thick quarter inch brackets , with plenty of adjustment points . The directions are very easy to read and follow . It comes with all the nuts and bolts washers lock washers for many different combinations of setup. My Gates swing in on my property but upon reading the directions these will also swing out if need be . And that's good to know because now I'm looking at another spot on my property where I want a gates to swing out . I will definitely order this product for that project also . Comes with a power adapter if you're going to run batteries, I decided not to, so I also ordered a power supply they are about $32 also from Amazon. Upon opening the box I had a question I called...

Christin Silva Farrell: Well to start, I paid over $700 for this. I bought it in May and it’s finally working (sort of) now but it’s outside the return window so I can’t buy the same kit for cheaper and return the more expensive one.
It makes sense they dropped the price because this is junk.
First, it’s not easy to install. It’s very finicky. I bought from this vendor because of the rave reviews for tech support. Alex is a great guy but he’s not God, and I think it required almost divine intervention to get this thing working to the point it works now.
Small hiccup getting it to open and close. You have to set the limit switch correctly or it gets stuck in a half open position. So I basically uninstalled and reinstalled the whole thing to fix that. Then the latch didn’t work. It didn’t come with the e-board or j-board it needed. Alex told me I didn’t need it which contradicted the instructions and wasn’t true.
When that didn’t work, it took 10 days for the board to come from their warehouse. While waiting for that, one of the two supports broke. Gate still works but the engineer response is that either the gate is too heavy, which since I can lift the gate myself, I...
