Catqueen: I used a similar ball at PT. I hate going to gyms but I miss the machines that exercise your legs. Then I found out this ball and the elastics I got from PT do exactly like that. If you want to exercise your legs get this ball it is perfect.

Jun: 座っていることが多く、無意識で足を組んだり胡座になったりと体には悪いかと思ったので足に挟むために購入しました。
サイズ感がちょうどよく、普段は膝あたりで挟むことで内股の筋肉が鍛えられているような気がします。
硬さは、自分の肺活量で変わります。（頑張ればそこそこ硬くなります。）
最初はゴム臭かったですが、しばらくしたら消えたので問題ないかと思います。
