Epitomie Fitness Premium Balance Ball with Resistance Bands & Hand Pump for Active Balance Exercise

David: Recently got my personal trainer to give me a workout at home regimen which included a few ball exercises - obviously great for your core - so needed a ball for home.

I ordered the Active Balance ball and,. as you always do with an online purchase, hoped I had made the right choice and that the reviews were for real.

They were! :)

It took less than 2 minutes to pump up - the hand pump is easy and works well - and the seal is simple and effective. Has stayed inflated exactly where I started it a few weeks ago and is really firm. No need to re-inflate at all.

It stays put when you are working out on it doing stuff like elevated hip thrusts and I've even used it a few times to sit on at my desk at home.

I contacted Customer Service at Active Balance with a general question and they got back to me really quickly and were polite and helpful.

Didn't really have a use for the complimentary resistance bands but the ball is exactly what I wanted, couldn't be happier.

Excellent purchase, definitely recommended.

krista johnsonkrista johnson: I’m 5’8” and hubby is 6’. This ball is perfect for tall people. I discovered Olympic weightlifting in my 50’s as a very out of shape chubby old lady. So now, when I can I compete in the masters division and have won a national and provincial medal also a Canadian record that is now archived due to weight changes. My point is that I work my old body pretty hard. I have a couple autoimmune problems that make things painful and inflamed so mobility and being able to bend and stretch is number one. Also as we age balance is a big deal. Who knew?!

I’ve had these types of balls in the past but they seemed small so never bothered to get another one. My husband asked me to order this to stretch out his back. I thought it was just going to take up space and never get used. BUT….because it’s the right size for taller folks I find I use it quite a lot.
I live just bending backwards over it and hanging. So much cracking in my back! But I also sit on it playing poker on my Quest 2 VR headset quite a bit now as I found I was really slouching in my easy chair.

I already have bands like the ones they sent with it so I gave them to my hubby as he knows my gym bag...

Lulu: I have received my exercise ball today. Quick delivery and It seems amazing quality, easy to pump up and the bands are an added bonus. I’m looking forward to using it as part of my everyday lifestyle. The base stand would be really useful as was wondering where I could put it for storage.

Simplicity4meSimplicity4me: Simply a great exercise ball and bonus items!  You can fully pump up the ball in less than five minutes using the compact included hand pump.  The three size options (refer to the size chart photo) were great to get the correctly sized ball (65 cm) for me. The bonus resistance bands are such a nice simple addition to any workout and can be taken anywhere since they take up no space at all.  The bonus strong body and core ebook is more like a simple manual with easy to understand diagrams of exercises for core, upper body, lower body, stretching and balancing.  I love that it is just a well-done quick diagram style 'book' rather than excess information to read through or time-consuming videos.  Great deal for excellent quality and all that is included!

This ball is very high quality.  It feels super strong and durable - no worry at all of it popping.  What I really love about the ball is the surface texture!  It is a fine gritty texture - think of very fine sand.  You won't feel this texture at all while using the ball, but it makes it non-slip and slightly tacky in a great and necessary way for exercising.  I tried to...

Canevari: The media could not be loaded.  I received this stability ball in a small box.... box included a set of resistance bands, the ball (deflated), a hand pump, two plugs and a plug removing tool. There were no instructions in the box, and nothing linked to tha Amazon listing that I could easily find on instructions to inflate. I wasn’t certain if there was already a hole in the ball to inflate or if I had to push the plug in first to create a hole. Long story short, the hole is there.
I tried inflating this by myself but I wasn’t able to hold the pump securely in the hole while pumping (sounds a little riské lol, sorry for the description) so I asked my husband for help. We took turns either using the pump or holding the ball. It took about 5 minutes if that, to fully inflate. You have to quickly remove the pump and install the plug before it deflated too much. This part can easily be done by one person.
The exterior of the ball is tacky (ie:sticky but no residue) so this is superb for any type of flooring. For kicks, I used it on my hardwood floors and it didn’t slip a bit. I felt very stable and comfortable on it. It feels thin and light, but very stable.
