DK: We have various areas in our garage that we use these to protect our suv doors on the single side of our garage: a column next to the driver side door, a concrete shelf that butts out next to the bottom of our passenger door and and another concrete protrusion when opening the passenger door side. It's just nice to know that if you swing the door too far, no damage!

a reader: I used this to protect a pillar on a narrow driveway. It didn't adhere well to the stone of the pillar, but it was easy to attach it using other means. So far, it's doing its job just fine.

Gardengirl76Gardengirl76: Ok, I was tired, the driveway was icey and I ran into (told my husband I skidded) into the side of my garage. I ruined my front bumper. It cost me mega bucks to replace my bumper and repair the area on the side next my bumper. To avoid future car casualties, I ordered these edge protectors. They are great. Easy to stick on and quite beefy. They are also a visual reminder to take my time while entering the garage. I have great hopes that the next time I’m tired etc., they will take the brunt and save my car.
