Amy D: I actually ordered the touch one by mistake. Our plumber already installed it when I realized it and I figured I’d give it a try. I didn’t think I wanted to deal with the touch feature but I am so glad I got this one! It’s so convenient and works great. You know when your hands are all messy and you have to turn on the faucet and the mess gets everywhere? This is a game changer. A little tap and it’s on, a little tap it’s off.
I never knew I needed this but now I am so happy I have it.
It is a little pricey and takes a bit of time to get used to, but seems sturdy and a timeless look.

Joanie KJoanie K: We got this to replace another Delta touch2O that was great but about 7 years old and didn’t match our new kitchen. We got the champagne bronze, which is a lovely muted shade, not brassy at all. Lovely complement to the whites and light grays in the rest of the kitchen. We paired it with the Delta soap dispenser and air button, and also purchased the Kraus Purita faucet for filtered water. Hope you can see that while not a perfect match, they look great together. Also recommend the Delta AC adapter to avoid having to use batteries for the touch2O, if you have a spare outlet under the sink. Sink is the Kraus 32” with inset cutting board and drying rack, which we just love. Sorry the lighting isn’t great in our photo, still no lights in the kitchen yet :)

Tabitha: I have never installed any plumbing-type items before in my life but consider myself handy. This was super easy: I removed my old Delta faucet (which was at least 20 years old and still worked but was starting to fail) and installed this new one in less than forty-five minutes. There are simple instructions and easy to handle parts. I watched one YouTube video and went for it. I have the Trinsic line in all my bathrooms and love it. We’ve had those items for almost ten years and they look new and function well. I was worried that the Arctic Stainless was going to NOT match my other stainless items in my kitchen or the bathroom Trinsic line which is regular stainless, but I honestly can’t see the difference. Maybe if it was all in the same space it would be a noticeable difference, but as the rooms are separate, no one can tell there is a slight difference in finish. I also bought the version with the soap dispenser, which, if you haven’t noticed, is 70 dollars cheaper than buying the faucet by itself. I installed the soap dispenser too in about ten minutes.

S. Dinkin: The media could not be loaded.  Background information, I purchased a new home and spent full MSRP on a high end Moen faucet that was industrial looking and had motion activation. Previous to that, I had another home where I had installed a Delta Trinsic Touch20 faucet and loved its performance.

The Moen had no ability to recall previous settings of flow rate as does the Trinsic Touch20. Where the activation light was located triggered many false activations whenever you reached nearby to say, wipe the water droplets on the counter. 2 minutes of flow before auto cut-off was not nearly long enough and regularly triggered a re-wave event. (All of those negatives are addressed with the Trinsic Touch20)

Basically, when you want to eliminate having to keep touching a touchless style faucet to adjust it, Delta Touch 20 gets it right with the ability to recall previous settings just by activating it.

Fast forward 8 months and I had had it! Decided to purchase the Trinsic Touch20 with voice activation in Black Stainless Steel. Ahhh, I feel like I am back with an old friend that had a makeover!

Llegó en una caja como todos los paquetes de Amazon muy bien empacada y antes de tiempo, trae un manual para su instalación con todas las instrucciones necesarias
La pieza viene totalmente ensamblada, solo hay que conectarla a la línea de agua, purgarla de acuerdo a las instrucciones del manual, después poner el contrapeso y cerrar la línea de agua para la manguera dispensadora
El único problema que tuve fue conseguir el adaptador para conectar la línea de agua (de 1/2") a las mangueras del mezclador (3/8"), el adaptador lo conseguí en una tienda de accesorios llamado el Español sobre la calle de Ayuntamiento en la colonia Centro-Cdmx, pongo la referencia para el caso en que a alguien le pudiera ayudar, según me dijo el vendedor que se llama adaptador de barril, creo más bien es para línea de gas, pero si me sirvió

AlexAlex: We renovated the kitchen and went with black hardware. To match, we wanted a black kitchen faucet that was stylish and functional. I did a considerable amount of research as there are dozens of different makes and models with a lot of good reviews. We went with the Delta Trinsic because of the good reviews and the looks (which we preferred). We’ve been using it for about 2 months and it works great. It’s very well constructed and the faucet head quickly snaps back into place after use. The spay function is a narrow stream compared to our previous unit but nothing that affects the performance (it’s just different). We are very happy with the product and look forward to many years of use.

Joel: The initial faucet was shipped in the wrong finish so I had to ship it back and wait for the correct one to arrive which was a pain. However, one I got the right faucet I no issues with the install or operation. It works perfectly.

Edit: I've discovered a problem with the valve. I wasn't able to get high temperature hot water that I had available in my other sinks. I thought it was just my water temperature, but realized the valve wasn't able to stop cold mixing completely when turned to the maximum hot position. In order to get soley hot water (high temperature) I have to crank down the handle a couple times back and forth pushing down with some pressure. This is not something I want to do or should need to do; it will likely lead to damage of the valve/handle. Will see what Delta has to say...

MaryMary: We first saw a "touch" faucet at a friends house when they were just released in the market. We immediately loved the concept and decided to get a touch faucet for our new kitchen remodel. This faucet is big! It is very tall and solid. It is also very slick and the stainles is beautiful. Of course it will take a while to get used to it since you pretty much setup the flow and temperature once then just tap on and off. A blue light indicates when is on or off. Guests will get confused and will close the faucet normally (it took a while for my mom to get used to, she still closes the water regularly sometimes). The unit works with a battery pack (if you are curious how it works). The instalation is not too complicated, you can do it yourself IF you already have some knowledge of installing faucets. Sometimes it goes a little crazy, I think it is the stuff under my sink touching the battery pack or wires, we still have to figure that out. Love it, love it, love it.

Update 10/21/2014: we had this faucet for over 2 years and it is still working great. We bought a new house and after few weeks we swapped faucets in the new house because I missed it so much. I understand the...
