SarahSarah: I had this unused space in my bedroom and searched forever until I found this electric fireplace to fit it. It’s been life changing this winter! Was easy to install by myself and works perfectly. I used a flat plug and concealed the power cable. The remote is very convenient and timer is great so I can set it to shut off on chilly evenings after falling asleep. When I don’t need the heating feature, I like to have the LED lights on. My son said it looks like it cost five thousand dollars. The only thing that would make it better would be Alexa compatibility. Awesome purchase!

Maria A.: this product is gorgeous!! I love the way it can be installed with a few screws in a wood burning fireplace that is turned into an electrical one. I would recommend to use a chimney Flue Blocker to keep the outside air from coming in around the damper. the directions also show how to install it in a wall! Happy Holidays Amazon peps!!

There is hardly any sound when running, there is a dimmer on the lights as well so you can also adjust the brightness of the fire lights. There is a timer you can set for run time, and there is different fan settings. This is just as described. It’s made well and good quality. I definitely recommend this to whoever is looking at purchasing this.

KenKen: This was an easy project once the hole was in the wall and it was framed out. The insert is easy to install with the glass front giving you a bit of wiggle room when you cut and frame. We added 2x4 framing laid flat so it only stands 2” off the wall and shiplap top to bottom. Faux mantle from Amazon and away we go!

Had to wire a new outlet in our closet near the new opening and simply punched a small hole to push plug from fireplace through to reach new outlet.

Heat works fine but didn’t purchase as a heat source only aesthetic. I like the multiple color options but as one buyer pointed out there is a beep each time you change features. I really don’t care but my little pup doesn’t like it so much.

Buy this now, you won’t regret it. This is the 36” if anyone is wondering.

Amazon Customer: The media could not be loaded.  Installed the fireplace and for a week it was great. Turned it on this morning and making this loud bothersome ticking sound… super disappointed.

J Johns: Owned for awhile. Just installed. Everything works and looks as expected. The reason I do not give 5 stars is the very loud beep it makes when you turn on or change any setting. It is a very loud beep and no way to turn off the beep. Otherwise great.
