S.K.D.: I have severe reactions to milk products even the ones that claim to be lactose free. This product is excellent for all milk needs especially my cereal and cookies and milk it's delicious!

ajaxddd: I think this would be terrible if you did not add a sweetener, but it's great if you want to control sugar or add a no-calorie sweetener, which is what I do. A very tasty chocolate low-calorie treat, without the digestion problems that real milk can cause. The Amazon Fresh price has gone up over 30 percent in a few months, but it is still better than Safeway.

osakarose: I like the septic packaging so that it can store without refrigeration until you use it. The product is great to use as a coffee creamer. Once you open the package, remember to refrigerate it! Lasts pretty good in the fridge. It's not sweet but that is a plus for me.

Deborah Dolen: I never imagined giving up milk and milk products. At age 52 I had to reevaluate all of my eating habits. I was 40 pounds overweight and tired of "wearing my food." Kind of gross but true. This almond milk was my milk replacement and it tastes really good. It is also the lowest calorie almond milk presently on the market. Almonds are good for you-number one. It is unsweetened. I do put 3 drops of 25% sucralose solution in the container every time I open one.

If you object to sucralose-stevia can also be added. But just dropping milk products my weight drop ten pounds over one month. Without doing anything else. Then I began to like oatmeal as a bulk low calorie food. I had lost weight on an oatmeal diet some time ago. Now I make "groatmeal" one half groats and one half steel cut oats and a cup of that is about 150 calories. I use this almond milk - not even half a cup - to make the moat around my castle of groatmeal and sugar free maple syrup. So I eat this in the AM and if I am DYING for a snack by bedtime, I can have a bowl of this. Way more satisfying and less calories than say, an oatmeal cookie. I make groatmeal in a rice steamer so it never burns. I am not into...
