String Theory: A great alternative to buying gallons of almond milk at the grocery store. I use it to make smoothies- which takes advantage of my blender. I’d recommend using a blender even if you are mixing up a cup to use by itself.

Juju: I love that I can make my own almond milk without any of the additives in store brands, but found out that you really need a blender. Also the flavor needs help so I add a pinch of salt and a dash of cream because it needs the mouth feel. This would be a problem for people with dairy issues.

kbar: This is OK, not great but It works if you don’t always want to keep almond milk on hand and you want to avoid all the extra gums and other ingredients.
It is definitely not as concentrated as it states however, and therefore even more expensive. I have used half a jar and not even made 2 quarts of almond milk. You need to use about 1 tablespoon per half a cup of water to get it to not taste so watery if not, it really waters down your coffee. Also, the only way this is palatable for me is to put it in my electric milk frother. Any other way you just ended up with watered down almond milk with a bunch of sludge at the bottom. I imagine a blender or Nutribullet would work as well.
At this price I wish the almonds were organic, but happy its made in US by small company.
