Jennifer: Firstly, LOVE the product!!! I use the cocoa butter. It is so much better in application and absorption than another brand I have tried!...and yes the smell is amazing!
I recently ordered two bars that arrived in crumbles. I was not worried due to Amazons favorable return policy. This turned out to be an incorrect assumption. Amazon would not allow their return because it was considered food. I wrote an unfavorable review and also
e-mailed the company. I could not be more impressed with the Better Than Shea Butter Company.
I quickly received a reply from the company. They asked for a few details and resolved my issue with in a week. They will have a long time customer in me!!!

goodfore: I used it as an ingredient for leather conditioner. On top of the moisturizing the leather, it also added the faint hint of cocoa scent. The scent would dissipate over time. Overall it's a great product.
