H Diaz: Amazingly this helps with the pain in my hand. It also acts as contraception in that it makes me smell like a hippie and my husband stays away. He said as long as it helps he doesn't care that much because it isn't overwhelming.

S. Hintz: No longer comes in a metal tube. The color is fake to make it look like the old design. Disappointing. Still, the hand cream is as good as ever. Just deceptive.

Booklover Catlady: I’ve tried soooo many hand creams at 51. Starting from my early 20’s. My Nana always said to care for my hands, neck and décolletage not just fade and body. She was right! Those areas age quicker as you get on a bit.

I used this on and off since I can remember. I’m sure it was around in my 20’s. No other hand cream has ever made my now dry hands soft and moisturised. Not even “clinically proven” and dermatologist recommended ones.

It does have an earthy scent, some may be put off by it. A little tip - mix in a little of a strong scented cream to it if you don’t like it. It doesn’t bother me as it fades fast. It can seem a bit greasy but let it soak in. It’s fabulous on feet too! I also use the extra that’s on my palms on my elbows too.

It’s just an iconic product that’s a bestseller for a reason. It works. I won’t waste money anymore trying other ones when I keep coming back to this. Recommended highly by me for all ages. If you are young do always do your hands, neck and décolletage areas! You’ll be glad you did at 50!

KL: Really like this hand cream! It's almost a bit serum-like in texture, which I like since it's not too heavy yet it still keeps my hands moisturized. I don't really like heavy creams though so if you're looking for an intense hand cream this probably isn't it. The scent is nice and subtle as well; strong scents tend to give me a headache so I opted for almond milk & honey since it seemed like the safest option.

This is the first hand cream I've purchased from the body shop so I can't say whether it's different compared to the ones you buy directly in store, but it hasn't caused any negative reaction on my skin and works well enough. Will probably repurchase once I run out.
