This book is amazing Athena really puts in detail what is needed for each chakra too keep it balanced. This book is everything you will need too get you started. As a student of her I have purchased all of her books and can’t wait for the release of her crystalpedia book in December. I recommend this book too every level of healer. The artwork is beautifully illustrated so this book does not disappoint.

DanielleDanielle: I paid more for this book than I typically care to but it was well worth it! I recommend this for people at any point in their mindfulness journey. This book taught me to meditate and kicked off my entire spiritual journey. The peace I experienced following this book and actually utilizing it as a resource was immense. It ties in crystals, deities, astrology, and more into the chakra study. If you are new to chakras, looking for meditation help, new to spirituality or mindfulness, or just want a new book, you cannot go wrong with this!

Eyes_Blooded: The book is focused on other topics than chakras. I was looking for something more focused on the subject. If you want a bunch of weird prayer type meditations with spells and other incantations using gemstones, herbs, incense, journals and candles then this book is for you lol. I will be returning this one personally. Aside from that the book quality is nice. Smooth pages with colored illustrations. Binding seemed like it would hold up better than most paperbacks.

Patty Cochran: I've been interested in crystals and enjoy feeling the energy that comes from them. Until I came into contact with the author, Athena, I had no idea that where I felt vibration with each crystal was my Chakra power centers in need of balance.
I am attending her online class, Crystal Masters, and learning so much more than where crystals come from, I'm learning what they do to clear and balance my Chakra. I had no idea what a Chakra was before the class and this book gave me the information I needed to understand the references given in class.

Fire-wandererFire-wanderer: The media could not be loaded.  This book has absolutely changed my life in ways I did not expect. I thought this would just be a fun educational book on the path to Enlightenment but it has done more than that. I feel like it has led me toward a lot of Shadow work and selflove. The artwork is beautiful and the way it explains things is so beautiful and easy to grasp.

I would definitely recommend this book to anybody, despite what you already know. It's a beautiful perspective in the great way to brighten your day and bring positivity and love into your environment 💜💙💚💛🧡❤

GUILLERMO SAN ROMAN GARCIA: Muy buen libro con excelentes ilustraciones. Me parecio el libro enfocado hacia el neopaganismo o Wicca. Trata de correspondencias con los dioses, hierbas, meditaciones y runas. Hubiera estado bien que incluyeran imagenes de las runas que menciona. Explica como activar los chakras pero no profundiza mucho en como trabajar con los chakras. Como dije, util para los practicantes de Wicca pero para trabajos mas profundos buscaria otro libro, tal vez de los publicados por Amika Wauters o Patricia Mercier

Amie: I was so excited to get this guide to work on balancing and healing. The book arrived on time and is really beautiful. Covers the 7 chakras I knew about and 2 more that I didn't know about. (Earth Star & Soul Star). Info for each chakra covers info in where it's located, embodiment exercise, corresponding goddesses, gemstones, tarot cards, planet, essential oils/herbs, runes (goes into detail with each correspondence), reflection questions, offering suggestions, archetype, and mantra. My go to for sure!
My only complaint (and reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that the bulk of the text is super small. I realize that it would otherwise be a much larger book but, much too hard to read in lower light or when eyes are tired.

Michelle Nasello: What a fantastic book about Chakras. The Ultimate Guide to Chakras has enlightened me so much, its totally worth every dollar! I highly recommend this book, if you are new to it or think you know all about Chakras, this book will teach you something new about yourself. Beautiful illustrations and easy flowing pages of well written information about Chakras. Thank you Dr. Athena Perrakis, I am so glad I have it in my library.
