Sherry: I come from long time Alanon. I read the book to hear what God can do through the steps especially for Alcoholics but also in other Twelve Step programs. I have met many different people from many programs but few show the real growth shared by many in this book. May maturity grow from this sharing book! It was very encouraging and pointed myself back to more personal growth through the steps for myself! God bless all who continue to work the steps in many different 12 Step programs. Thank you AA’s for sharing your recovery not just with alcoholics but also by continuing to carrying the message all kinds of hurting people world wide. God continues to bless!
