D: Absolutely the best technique for your craft. Studied with her and recommend this book to any actor. Great for referencing and for honing your skills. To train with Ivana would be ideal yet some cannot travel to her classes on a readily basis, hence utilising her book as an alternative.

I like it because it BREAKS things down, it's a great process and Ivana is clearly very smart.
It's missing a star because sometimes, I'd get lost. There are a lot of name-drops / examples of celebrities she's worked with, and while I can understand her reasoning for doing that, it was just too much information for me. I wish it was just an example instead of making it more complicated and cluttered by adding the names of celebrities and what she did to work with them. (I have ADHD and it's hard for me to focus and hold attention, so maybe this is just me.
