Spent 1 day reading the entire thing. this book goes a lot more in depth than just becoming a better artist.. from different forms of consciousness, quantum physics, the power of stillness, active listening, paradigms shifts, creativity, cause and effect, intentions, resilience, and so much more… I truly was blown away and thoroughly enjoyed the read. There’s homework throughout the book as well which is another great aspect to it, looking forward to going back and completing those assignments!

Amazon Customer: This book is fantastically written and Anthony gets personal into his story which helps others as creatives and human beings more so become one with their work. It not only helps you see where you can improve, but Anthony’s words and ways of explaining things helps you to ask yourself those difficult questions which help your life and therefore your creative world. Helps us deal with fear of failure, feeling “stuck”, moving through our emotional world and so much more. HIGHLY recommended it I’m reading it for the second time round!

Robbie Boyle: Found this coach/author at the right time and this book was so insightful. A realisation that as individuals, we are all in the same boat.

Easy to follow, with a conversational style. You can start implementing methods into acting but also ideas to take into every day life immediately. Giving an understanding that the only way to achieve your goals is your way.

A book I will keep by my side and open again and again!

RossH: I don't normally leave reviews but... I have never highlighted so much wording in one book, Every chapter had soo many golden nuggets of inspiration and knowledge that it left me nodding in agreement from the way it was worded on the page.
Very well laid out and really good for both Actors, Creatives and anyone looking for general guidance and motivation.
Loved the quotes from all types of celebrities/ philosophers used throughout this book, which just heightened the reading experience.
Three highlighters and a motivated mind set later I personally enjoyed this book and only other book I found myself highlighting as much was "The Secret".
I since have brought this book 3 times for other friends, who also have thanked me for bringing this to their attention.

My favourite thing about this book is how I can pick it up at any point in my acting career, find a chapter that resonates the most, and read exactly what I need to read in that moment. It's both non-intimidating and inspiring, grounded and hilarious, and overall such a gift to have in my possession. Thank you, Tony!!

MrsSibley: I enjoyed the outlook and science in this boo,. While it covered many concepts I have read about time and again it did offer a unique perspective to some things . Overall I enjoyed it. Of some one takes the time to complete the book as it is written and do the home work as outlined. It could be life changing.

N2015: This book and Tony’s methodology has set me free from all the anxiety and self doubt that came with how I approached acting for many years before!! His writing is relatable, entertaining, and hilarious. I’d recommend this book to anyone who’s looking to truly find peace in acting and life in general!!

limor: I am reading the book currently. I am doing a Foundation class online. It is an interesting way of approaching acting and life. I am a Meisner trained actor so this is a nice addition to my training.

PIOTR: The book is great, but it is too long (first half should be cut out) . The first part is this strange mix of authors personal story which I found personally pretty boring since the author is using this youthful way of writing with no real value (in my opinion) . Now the second half (about 60% if reading kindle version) is the good stuff you want to read.
I would give this book 3 stars as I have hoped for explicitly directions on how to shift the thinking process to the right brain but the exercises are general yet very good ways of indirectly accessing the creative hemisphere. Those are too good to discourage anyone from reading this book, but the first half was the worst couple of hours spent this week. Just skip it or skim through it.
