Austin: I thought the book was very informative. It pretty much covered everything I already knew though which is why it's good for a beginner. The spells were personal taste. I don't really use deities, but I did like the way he turned his candle upside down to anoint. Something I found alot easier to do than how I was taught. It was alright, but the spells were not really me.

A. McKenzie: After taking a class on candle magic, I wanted to learn more about the subject so I bought this book. Mystic Dylan shares his years of experience with readers in this book to make candle magic easy for beginners to understand. It's a quick and easy read for beginners and it is a great reference guide to keep in your magic library. Although the book does cover what to do at the end of a spell, I would love to know if there are more methods that what is covered in the book. That's the only area where I felt the author could have given more information. Regardless, this is a great book and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Feisty Fee Fee: This is really a great book! I purchased this book early last year but just started reading it yesterday and I finished the book overnight. I love the layout of the book and the Chapter illustrations are beautiful. The book discusses the meaning of colors, deities and how to read the flames, how to create your own blend of oils, etc. I was so proud of myself for finishing this book overnight. You’re going to want to keep reading the material. Marie Laveau is also discussed in this book also. This book is a phenomenal and easy read. What a great resource for a beginner or anyone that is advanced in the field of Candle Magic.
