EllieD: A super picture book to read with children to introduce them to the wonderful world of Albert Einstein. I have used it with children from 8-11 year old during science activities and learning in class. Also read it to my own child as a bedtime story.

DC: This was an absolutely lovely story for young kids. Somewhat romanticised account of a great scientist and his search for answers. But very inspiring for little kids. Highly recommended.

Amazon Customer: Amazing book! My 6 year old devoured this book in about 20 mins. He AND myself absolutely loved learning more about Einstein. The story is easy to read and it tells kids that it is ok to be different and in some aspect it is a advantageous feature to have and encourage them to never stop dreaming in achieving your wildest dreams. He read this book a couple of time and will revisit again the rest of his childhood, I hope!

TCP: A curious, imaginative, young boy, who barely speaks as a child and isn’t like the all the other students, nor does he want to be, grows into one of the most genius minds that changes life as we know it. A celebration of Einstein’s curiosity and genius will pique the interest of any budding scientist. A must have book for every classroom and home of the precocious child.
Why I Like This Book: An amazing way to bring the life and work of Albert Einstein alive to children. What a perfect introduction to the young reader about the famous physicist who never stopped questioning the world around him. The whimsical illustrations illuminate each page, and it shines a light on the underlying message the story shares about the value of the imagination and how that should be nourished and not crushed. An awakening of the senses and a fascinating read!

Jordan T: I had to read this book to write a biography on Einstein for my Literature in Childhood Education class. It was cheap enough to just buy it on Kindle instead of hunting down in the library. I didn't think much of the class itself, but this book surprised me. I learned facts about Einstein that were designed to appeal for children, but why wouldn't adults like to know silly facts like Einstein hated socks? I learned a lot of quirky things about the man and I got a perfect score on my assignment. I'm very happy.
The illustrations are consistent with a children's book and parallel the story very well, it would be easy for children learning to read to follow along with this book. Buy it for yourself or your kid! It's good!

Sarah Dell: Albert Einstein's life was greatly interesting. This story does a fair job of leaving us wanting to know more. I wish author Jennifer Berne would decide who her audience is to be, preschool, or elementary; the words and sentences are all over the place in their age appropriateness. However, the story remains absorbing and kept my attention throughout. Vladimir Radunsky is a favorite illustrator. He does this book justice.

Anagram: The first time I bought this book, it was for my own kids, and we all loved it. The story, the message, the illustrations -- all of it is fabulous. The second time I bought it was for my son's classroom. The third time, for my daughter's, and it just kept going. I just bought this for the eighth time as a gift for a family member's child. I recommend it to everyone, regardless of age!
