Daniel: Everstar is not listed, I used the code search feature. It found the right code in about 10-15 seconds. I really only needed to control the on/off and temperature, but it controls all of the different modes and settings on the AC without issue. The temp on the remote screen even matches the temp set on the AC itself(within the AC's actual temp range).
No complaints.

I tried Automatic Search, Brand Search and Manual Code entry... none worked.

Shawn P Lillard: I bought a house with two mini-split systems, each having two indoor units for a total of four. I was given two of these remotes that worked well after I programmed them. I order two more to have a remote for each unit. They do work completely satisfactorily for normal operation but they could not be used to put the system in test mode due to a lack of some proprietary buttons. Had my systems been fully operational, this would not have been a problem. Turns out both systems were faulty (not related to the remotes).
They do seem to lose their time settings as well has device code programming which puzzles me.
BTW the code is 544 for my 2011 Sanyo CMH1972A.
