Sarah R. Jansen: It was easy to install and a huge upgrade over the makeshift AC stand I'd built myself. It easily supports the weight of my AC. Just beware that the manual is hopelessly confusing. Fortunately, it's pretty self-explanatory. Had not problem installing it sans the manual.

David C. Boyden: Rugged, durable. Now for the minor complaints. Drilling holes in the window sill is not a turn. The instructions use the word stoll for sill. Bit of a pain to put together properly. Take your time and don't get frustrated. Once you get it right it will last

Mergatroid: Because of the windowsill on my window, I had to stack all the spacers and use all of them to keep the unit level (with a slight downward slope). When I stacked them all, the screws did not go into the sill very much. They may be in the wooden sill about an inch. This is holding a heavy air conditioner, and those screws should either be longer or they should give you an assortment of sizes to use depending on how many spacers you need.

I like the design overall, but I don't like the cheap plastic spacers or the not-long-enough windowsill screws.

ArmyMPwife2019: It fits our window but it's lacking on instructions. Theres a plastic block stacks to achieve level but they don't fit together very well and it's a bit of a juggling game to get them in place but over all its strong and fits well.

Chivalryx: This certainly works as it should. And doesn't even require the screws into my window sill to be stable. I do wish it had 2 things.

1. Nonslip surface on top.
2. A wider surface area since the A/C has to balance on it.

Otherwise, easy to assemble, and easy to use. One less worry about an A/C falling out the window and damaging the roof!
