Velvet M: We adore this book. So much so that I went back and ordered two more for birthday gifts for my daughters' friends. (It was on sale at the time!). We've read it at least 25 times since we received it (just over a month ago), and both (my daughter and I) still love it.

Rebecca Hamer: I have purchased the other books by Diane Alber and this one doesn't disappoint either. It is a fun bedtime read for any child. I loooooove the illustrations and the underlying concepts of how artwork can be open to interpretation. I am excited to see that there are other books in the series coming soon too. I am a teacher and both boys and girls have loved this book where they have been inspired to be creative and use their imagination.

Canadian Teacher: This is a beautifully illustrated picture book with a heartfelt message. It would add to lessons on empathy, empowerment, acceptance, self worth, etc within a classroom setting. It could also lead to wonderful reading experiences between kids and parents, teaching adults and kids alike, the power of positive growth mindset.
