A. Marlow: Pretty, but not as glittery as the picture - it's more of a metallic pink color. It's a gift, so I'm not sure how it will work.

Angelica: I was so excited to buy this because it was hard to find a mug this color and size that was a reasonable price. However, the lid is a little weird. It doesn’t have a lip to drink from so you’re just drinking from the opening on top of the lid and there’s no vent hole for the steam so they put an instruction card inside to leave it open a little as a way to vent it which I don’t really love because I feel like I would forget about it and spill it.

N. Hobbs: Its a nice looking mug, comfortable to hold. I use it at home & don't use the lid. It certainly keeps the drink hot for longer even without a lid.
I can only use it for coffee though as I just can't make a decent cup of tea from it, slightly disappointing so still use my old ceramic mug for tea.

Max: Keeps heat really well. Have had tea in there for an hour commute and was still hot when I got to work. The only thing that I would change is make it a little bigger and remove the handle to make it fit in the side of bags and cup holders.
