Garrett N: I basically never use coffee mugs anymore since getting this. It is literally the best thing I've ever bought from amazon. Fairly affordable, very high quality, and holds decent volume. The heat retention lasts what feels like forever. I'm not really sure why it comes with 2 different lids, perhaps the sliding one is better for cold drinks? 10/10 would recommend.

Rusty: I can't think about anything negative about the cup. It keeps beverages cold and hot for the times stated in their ads and comes with extras that most sellers of cups don't include. It came with two styles of caps so you can choose which is best for any particular need, and it comes with a stainless steel straw and a cleaning brush for the straw. I am happy with this cup and highly recommend it.

BudHet: Depending on the massive positive feedbacks ordered this mug. This doesn't keep my coffee at least 2 hours in drinking temperature. I have few cheap travel mugs and this one in the same level when it comes to heat retention. Sliding lid drips drink if you turn the mug around. Really unhappy. If you need a good product, just go with Thermos or Sojurushi.
