OzReviewer: These kitchen timers perform as advertised. HOWEVER... they are unsuitable for a steamy environment like over the kitchen stove. They started to rust in < 60 days.
Also, functionally, if you want to change the timer duration, press the [Minute] or [Second] button until it cycles through to the desired number OR switch the timer off and on with the small black switch next to the unit. In either case, it is fiddly to perform. It would be great to have a reset button.
Despite the many reviews, the rear magnet stayed on (it didn't peel off). I would like to see a stronger magnet used in the revision as it can be knocked off easily if, for example, the timer is attached to a cabinet door that opens and closes.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend these timers.

When I started Physical Therapy in 2019 I came home and purchased everything I was using off of Amazon. The PT Place used these exact timers and of course I wanted them so I purchased them and we use them daily for everything and I mean e v e r y t h i n g LOL.

We love everything about them, the size, the convenient kickstand to prop up, the magnets to have on the frig, mini frig or stove, to the ease of use, M minutes S seconds, seriously easy, its not rocket science at all, so don't be afraid, and the sound adjustment of a low or high (we use the high since we only have 2 and one might be in one room, while we are in the another, etc..).
When using the buttons, they do not make a noise when setting the timer, shutting it off, etc. The beeper however is loud, but you can choose loud or softer. The beeper will not stop until you hit the OFF button to stop it (PT is so fun when they don't get to all the patients, its like a timer hell LOL, but one or two in a house going off for various reasons is tolerable!).
