Lurch: So I was looking for something to attach Christmas decorations to a white painted wall and ceiling so wanted to avoid the blue type. This fits the bill perfectly and doesn't leave any residue after removal, or at least it's barely visible which is fine. Got it at a great price too.

Marilyn Wittman: I used this adhesive for lightweight paper decorations on a painted wall. The decorations regularly fell down. The adhesive would not come off when I removed the decorations. It smeared when I tried to remove it. I had to eventually sand and repaint the wall.
