Laura Liggon: I originally bought this faucet in 2021 and just recently the sprayer fell apart. I contacted the seller via Amazon and was sent a brand new one, just like that. The new one has some design changes that actually improve function. My only complaint is that the instructions are not very good as they don’t take into consideration the new parts. The different parts are not even listed…so it was a little confusing.

The faucet functions very well. I’m just hoping it lasts longer than the first one.

N. M. S.: I purchased this faucet to replace one in my kitchen that was leaking, dripping, sprayer didnt work, and was starting to show signs of rusting/decomposition.

The plumber mentioned that this new faucet was a breeze to install, build quality was pretty good, but the instructions were in broken english or misleading. Since he was a plumber, he was just able to complete the install without the directions.

The water pressure is dependent on your lines, but this Faucet showed me that I didnt have weak water pressure in my kitchen, I just had a really poor quality and possibly verge on breaking old faucet.

I recommend this, the stainless steel matches my sink and appliances, and the quality feels pretty decent given the cost.

Would recommend if you are handy and know what you are doing, or have a plumber available.

David Marinelli: Instructions were poor. Looked like a photocopy and clearly not meant for the specific model. Images and parts didn't match. This was not unforgivable since installation is pretty obvious. The reason for the one star overall rating is that the design and quality control was severely lacking. One of the 5/8 inch nuts was literally too big for a 5/8" wrench and too small for an 11/16" wrench. Problem solved with an adjustable wrench, but still, this should not happen. The unforgivable flaw is that a critical component needed to connect the central hose to the valve was made of a soft plastic and the threads were undersized. Tightened just hand tight, it leaked. Tightening further increased the leak since the part deformed and stripped. Not possible to get a replacement at the local hardware store, and so the unit is now worthless. Shipped it back today and bought a name brand faucet (spending about 3 times as much). Replacement installed flawlessley, instructions were clear and all critical parts well designed and manufactured. I expect replacement parts will be available as long as the company stays in business. Lesson learned.

Rick GravesRick Graves: Obviously I have no experience yet with durability, water scaling, etcetera, but my first impressions are very good for the money. It's a little bit light compared to the one I was replacing in the density and thickness of the metal but I didn't expect better at the price. All the parts were in the box so that's always a first step bonus these days. As with any deep sink it was a fairly tight fit getting it installed. The hot and cold water lines have blue and red braided into the metal reinforcement sleeves so I thought that was a nice touch. Also the water supply lines were stiff enough that they could be threaded in and tightened without using a wrench by simply twisting the line itself in the clockwise position. If you need to use a wrench it will need to be a short one and 11 mm. The instructions weren't great but that has become the standard for any product made in China. That said the only thing I really had to figure out was that the plastic tightening collar would not fit over the metal flexible faucet line and the connection for that line at the same time. I could only get it on by putting the plastic tightening collar over the faucet line...

joe520: I use my kitchen faucet a lot and was ready to pay $250 for a 'name brand' faucet of high quality. But as I read more reviews of Moen, Delta, etc. it seemed like a crapshoot. A high price and a name brand didn't seem to guarantee quality. They are probably all made in China now. So I took a chance on this faucet and couldn't be happier. It was nicely packaged, nicely finished, easy to install, works great and has a quality feel that makes me hopeful that it will last 5-10 years. It has a hefty feel to it. There were some nice helpful touches that made installation easy: the weight snapped onto the faucet hoses very easily and securely. It came with high quality stainless braided hoses with adaptor fittings for the most common US sizes. The mounting nut was easy to torque tightly. Instead of just a molded plastic nut, it had a high quality brass insert. Everything about this faucet suggest quality and durability. What a bargain.

Update nearly a year after install: still working great. I cook and do dishes A LOT. I have skimmed some of the negative reviews and can only say that I have not experienced any of those issues. The faucet continues to work well,...
