busakisama: Bought for a trip where I wanted to do time lapse videos on my iPhone. This tripod worked very well, at one point I stabilized it on a deck railing for about 90 minutes...everything turned out very well even with a little wind. I did not use a remote control I used my watch so I gave the remote a neutral rating.
Pros: works well for time lapse and self portraits, light, easy to pack, easy to mount camera.
Cons: ball socket seems a little weak so I'm careful to not over tighten.

AndyAndy: Have been using this for well over a year. Works well and legs still bed and hold form appropriately. The hinges at the top of the tripod are a bit loose. Fit my iphone 11 and my new iphone 14 pro max.

jhostyn: I noticed when I just re-read the ad for this stand it says it was redesigned in 2019 and now is much more durable. I hate to think about how bad it was before the redesign. I purchased this in 2021 for my wife who uses it occasionally. A year later the clamp with the ball on it has cracked plastic in two places and will no longer hold the phone. It has been used the an iPhone 12 and 12 mini, so nothing heavy. I would find a more durable product.
UPDATE October 1 2022. After figuring out how to contact the company I send an email and two pictures and they immediately send me a new replacement tripod. Excellent support!
