velvet e. romingervelvet e. rominger: I made my son a ski-themed cake for his 12th birthday and it worked really well! I used the whitener for the snow on the mountains and the trim on the bottom, and you can really see the difference between that and the unwhitened buttercream on top. This was my first time doing a "painted" cake with trowels and I'm not much of a cake decorator anyway, so please don't make fun of my cake!!

Sharon V-C: I use this in my royal icing for cookies. It makes the white really white! Royal icing is white by nature but when you add this, it’s brilliant white!!
