Oon Suan: We have replaced 14 windows around the house and corresponding siding and underlayment.
This tape my Wife and I refer to as house wrap tape.
I use it to apply and seal around the edges of the house wrap we are put on the house.
Works just great and we have purchase about a dozen of these tape rolls.
just great for sealing house wrap or around windows if you need to in a pinch.

PxZ: The tape has a very high adhesion on Tyvek and I suppose on other surfaces too. The film is very thin and splits easy so need to be careful when rolling it out but when it's applied, it stays down and I hope that will be the case over the long time.

Dan: I have used many off label brands tying to save some money but been sorry I did. Dupont knows their stuff and I am back. I build campers and use this tape in installing foam insulation. This works so much better than the less expensive nock off brands. Do it right the first time. Very good value.
