Barb: I try to drink a lot of water, but get tired of plain water, and most mixes have too much sugar, which I'm trying to cut down on.
This is great! It tastes very good! I can use one tea bag for two 16.9oz bottles of water. I do put one packet of Splenda in each bottle for sweetness.
I have tried a few different flavors and like them all. Very good.

JMJ: I was introduced to these by a friend of mine at work. He gave me one to put in my water. If you were trying to curb the habits of drinking sweet drinks, this will do it. All of the flavors are good. You get a fruity tea taste after letting them steep for about 5 minutes. I bought a pack of three not to particular about the watermelon mint flavor but every other flavor I've tried has been very good.
