Susan: These are the best electrolyte mixes I have found! Great flavors and perfect amount of sweetness. I can't handle most sweeteners found in drink mixes, but this combo of sugar and sucralose works for me. Watermelon is my favorite, but all are good. I feel fully hydrated after one of these. Great for sports, illness, or when you feel a little sluggish. Highly recommend.

Kristen: Give watermelon to someone you don’t like and drink the berry, orange and lemon ones yourself. My wife and I fight over who took the last non watermelon one every time. We save watermelon for when we’re sick and have no other choice. It’s like someone bathed in watermelon purée for an hour and then got really sweaty and they collected the sweat for the salty watermelony icky juice lovers of the world. All the hot flavors should disappear off the face of the earth as well and hot electrolyte drink lovers must be a super tiny weird niche market.
But the stuff works and it is the only electrolyte powder we drink in our house. We use this for our kids instead of pedialyte when they’re sick. We just use a half a stick instead of a whole. Again berry, orange and lemon are the bomb.com and we love DripDrop, but try watermelon at your own risk

Amberleigh Kemeza: I myself am a variety pack of mental illness. Though I've been working though things and doing really well for myself, one of my hardest stumbling blocks was water. I can slam a coke zero or guzzle a tall glass iced tea, but actually drinking water, something my doctor really wants me to do, is a struggle. I put it off, can't get it down, leave the house strewn with glasses of water I eventually use for my plants... This was recommended by a friend, though, so I figured why not try? Favorite flavor is watermelon followed by the berry followed by the lemon but none of them are bad/undrinkable. It makes a glass of water MUCH easier to get down and I think my body is appreciating it. That really hit me when the other day I was like "hey I'm craving one of those water things". I actually WANTED it. So great! May seem like a weird or small thing, but I really appreciate the assistance. And so do my kidneys probably. If you're any kind of neurodivergent and have trouble with the tase or just act of drinking water to keep your flesh prison hydrated... Give these a go. They really did help me.

2manydogs: This is by far the best tasting electrolyte mix, for dehydration, I've ever tasted. All of the drink mixes I have ever tried tasted like pedialyte or even worse. Pedialyte is a great product BUT I can not get past the taste of it. The only problem I have with this mix is that it becomes costly. Which that is the company’s fault so, that’s why I will still suggest these to anyone looking for something like this. They really are a great product. I personally have issues with staying hydrated because I have health reasons and certain medications that cause me to sweat more than I should during the day, even with just small tasks.
I always make sure to drink at least a gallon of water a day, but that alone isn’t enough to keep me hydrated, I need a lot of help boosting my electrolytes. So, because of my that, I go through these packets too quickly.
BUT!! I will always keep on hand for vacation or for my back up plan. Because they truly are the best tasting electrolyte mixes I’ve ever tried! And they most DEFINITELY work!
So, if you are just looking for a normal electrolyte boost for a workout or even when you are sick and unable to drink enough, THESE are definitely...
