Barbara Hendreson: My cat is 10 years old. She is the lovable, always hugging, laying beside me, even gives kisses!! Then along came the puppy. The puppy is 4 months old now, follows and chases the cat all the time. Decided to get a private toilet for the cat. I was disappointed when the package came, because there wasn't a litter box included, even though it's description says "TRIXIE Pet Products Wooden Pet House X-Large and Litter Box". I ordered a litter box from Amazon and all is well. I just hated spending the extra money. The pet house was very easy to assemble, all parts were included. I installed a movement light so when she entered the pet house she could see. The cabinet is well built and should last a long time. The only thing I can't find is a bed that can go on top. Can't find 29"X17", may have to make one. Would recommend this item to anyone who wants a nice piece of furniture that is actually a litter box!!

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: The little litterbox hide is perfect. It's not too big or small and was easy to put together. It's composite wood but is sturdy. I did not use the divider inside because I have larger cats and an xl litterbox for their comfort. They took to it right away without an issue. It's a cute little hide that I would definitely recommend.

Will S: I read a lot of reviews before the purchase that talked about it being a nightmare to put together, so naturally, I prepared myself for the worst while unpackaging it. I was really pleasantly surprised to find that the instructions, while lackluster, were more than easy enough to decipher in putting it together and my partner and I were able to complete the entire thing in less than a half-hour. The one issue we ran into while putting it together is that one of the wooden dowels wasn't shaved properly and wouldn't fit, but the spare they sent fixed that right away.

The cat seems to like it and I love not having to sacrifice half my bathroom for his litter box. I do suggest that you get a little led light or something similar to put inside it to help your cat see though, as mine made the mistake of stepping in their business a few times before we figured it out and helped him out with the light.

"kelange""kelange": J’ai eu un peu peur en lisant certains des commentaires ici sur le montage qui serait difficile et le volume intérieur qui ne convient pas aux grands chats. Je me suis lancée tout de même car je souhaitais garder ma litière hors de vue et hors de portée de mon fils bientôt à 4 pattes.
Carton est arrivé en bon état.
Il ne manquait rien à l’intérieur.
Notice de montage clair et facile à suivre. Chaque pièce porte une étiquette avec une lettre qui est indiqué dans la notice. On en peut vraiment pas se tromper, est pas plus dur qu’un meuble IKEA. Pour ma part jour n’ai pas monté la cloison intérieure dont j’ai monté l’ouverture à gauche mais les deux sont réversibles dont les trous sont prévus pour !
Il arrive avec un petit tapis pour l’entrée trop bien.
Ça parait très solide (ça pèse un peu d’ailleurs!) et je n’ai pas eu d’écailles de peinture mais j’imagine que c’est le seul défaut qu’il pourrait porter... mais pas plus fragile que du IKEA justement.
Mon chat persan passe à l’aise et à adopter tout fr suite.
Très agréablement surprise!
Du coup seul bémol c’est que ça reste un...

My cat’s litter box is in my office. Since the pandemic started and I work from home more often, the dust has not been kind to my sinuses so a friend gave me the idea of this box. BUT - I’m old. And my cat is old. I didn’t want to have to pull the litter box in and out (it’s heavy at my age) and older cats aren’t a fan of change, so I made some modifications.

First - because my cat does not like change I started with just the base and 3 sides and let him walk into the box any way he wanted for a while. After a few days when he was used to where it was located, I added the top. I’ve added one door since then, but will not add the other door for a few more days.
Second - I don’t want to have to pull the litter box in and out of this piece of furniture so I put the lid on hinges (4 is over kill, but they are cheap) and installed an arm to hold the lid up in place. Because I have an XL litter pan, I did not use the insert panel inside. Instead I used that piece to help create the arm to hold the lid up and...

Valentina: Acquistata per nascondere la lettiera nel nuovo bagno, finalmente posso dire che gli odori non si propagano e la sabbietta non viene sparsa in tutto il bagno. Davvero soddisfatta dell'acquisto. Ci ho messo un paio d'ore a montarla (da sola), una volta capiti i vari pezzi il montaggio è abbastanza intuitivo.

Unica nota negativa (che esula dalla responsabilità del venditore) è stata la consegna col corriere TNT. Hanno tentato una prima consegna un giorno prima del previsto (a casa non c'era nessuno), non hanno lasciato alcun avviso sulla cassetta; da quel giorno non è dato di sapere se fosse passato ancora o meno, lo stato della spedizione era bloccato al primo tentativo di consegna. Attendo 7 giorni e provo a contattare il TNT, fissando la consegna per il giorno successivo. Il corriere suona, neanche il tempo di arrivare al citofono che era già ripartito. Ritelefonato di nuovo a TNT mi dicono che devo andare incontro al corriere altrimenti il pacco veniva mandato al mittente per compiuta giacenza. Fate attenzione!

Aaron Alpert: This is one of those "you get what you pay for" scenarios. It's clearly particle board with a veneer and cheap hardware. (For example, the doors aren't on real hinges -- just top and bottom metal dowel pins.) Also, the instructions are IKEA style, but not very clear. I had to put the railings on twice because the instructions didn't indicate which side of the top they went on. However, for $120, it's a bargain. It hides the litter box well and looks ok in its assembled form. If you want a high-quality piece of furniture, this isn't for you, but if you want something functional and effective (and you don't mind taking an hour or two to build it), this is great.

My only hesitation about buying it again would be a design choice. The access doors are on the front, which means to clean the litter box, I have to get on my knees in front of the cabinet and awkwardly stick the scoop between the box and the room, holding it from the side. I think it would be much easier if the top of the cabinet lifted up, so I could scoop from above.

Amazingo Amazingo : This has been a great buy. It fits the hooded cat litter tray perfectly with some space for the mat it comes with. It has reduced the mess massively from just having a hooded box. The smell is the same. But looks great in the kitchen and the side walls are interchangeable so no one can see the hole and wont realise it's a litter box. It was easy to assemble myself. It looks perfect and I am thinking of putting some plants on the top. It's also very easy to use and clean. The only downside is that it is quite expensive but there are not many designs in the uk that beat it.
