STRN725: I love it cause the cats can hangout in their own condo. The only thing that I am disappointed in is that they scratch the post on the side which is ok but then they start to scratch the actual condo. The material could be better if they make them again.

misc: I purchased this stand to replace a smaller cube style bed, and to give a better vantage point to look out the window. After setting up, my Kitty immediately jumped up onto the tower, curled up and took a nap. On the plus side, he loves it and uses all three tiers. On the negative side, it has turned my otherwise active kitty into a couch potato who has not left his throne other than to use his litter box and eat.
Pros: Delivery was on time, packaged nicely and in one piece - no assembly necessary. The height is great placed next to a standard window - not too tall and not too short. Construction is stable enough for a 17lb cat to jump onto and not tip over. While the surface area is not as large as I had hoped, he definitely prefers a round bed over a cube, as it much easier for kitties to curl up.
Cons: I chose this tower because it advertised a much larger surface area than my current cube, as well as for the additional height. Unfortunately, the surface area is considerably smaller than the cube I previously ordered and Kitty has a difficult time arranging his considerable bulk on the top tier (not for lack of trying).
