Amazon Customer: It does what it says on the tin and is great for beginners. Storage is a bit limited, but that's to be expected - this is not a backpack. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to get into running.

D. Burnside: This running vest is very adaptable size wise. I am a very petite size 8 female so was a bit concerned that the straps might be in all the wrong places for me to be able to get a good fit. However, the clips are on a sliding rail so you can place the straps were you need them along the slide rail and this has enabled me to get a super fit. I have only used it with water bottles and have used the large back pocket for a light weight running jacket. My credit card fits in the smallest zip up pocket and my old S8 phone fits in the largest zip up pocket. It seems well made to me but as yet I have only used it a dozen times so time will tell. Would I buy this again? Yes, I certainly would because I am finding it really useful.

Laura: I have been running 5-20 miles with a large running belt but I just needed more water than a belt could hold so I bought this. All the pockets are great for everything I need and I ran 7.5 miles today with the pack. I absolutely love it and it doesn't bounce around at all. I wondered to myself why haven't I been running with this all along! No complaints.

JessicaJessica: Just took this on a 10mile run. It is my first hydration vest and I wanted to test it out for those humid days or long runs. I am 5’2” and weigh 124lbs. I was worried this vest would be too big but it fits great! The front straps are not very adjustable it’s the sides you get the adjustment in. This didn’t move around at all. Stayed out the whole run. Also no chafing! I usually wear racer back shirts and you can see how it fits the back. Yes made my back a bit sweatier but it didn’t feel heavy at all. I didn’t notice it on my run. It was nice to get sips of water easily. You do have to bite the tip but it comes out nice and easy. I love the little safety whistle. Quite loud for being so tiny. The pockets are great. Kept my AirPod case zipped in the shoulder and some energy chews in the other pocket. I originally purchased a mini backpack style vest from fitly which was much more expensive. I didn’t like how it fits as it was tight around the chest. This vest is way better and much cheaper! I’m so happy with this purchase. Highly recommend.

PatsyPatsy: Four stars because the material is not as breathable as my old, locally made running vest (Amihan, Philippines). The fit is really good for thin built people and the bag doesnt shake when running which is good to prevent chafing. Overall, its a cheap alternative to the more expensive brands. Great value for money.

I do worry that if I were a little larger it wouldn't work. I love all the pockets and now I don't have to worry about where to put my keys, phone, snacks and water when out on longer runs.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I always ran with a running belt, but they never carry enough water, especially for marathon training during the summer heat. I saw other runners use these running vests so I just had to try it out. I ran with it yesterday for the first time during a 10K run, and my life has been changed. The amount of water it holds and pockets for energy gummies/my phone is great. The only downfall is that I’m having issues drinking through the water bladder tube. It says you have to bite down on the tip while drinking it order to open it up, but the water doesn’t seem to come out easily and it’s quite hard to do while running. Maybe it’s just something I have to practice or get used to.
