CFam: I’m 5ft4 and went according to size chart. When the ball arrived it looked tiny and we laughed, but once blown up it’s actually the perfect size for me. I’ve been bouncing on it each evening, it feels sturdy and well made. It’s been thrown about by our toddler too. Definitely recommend.

Cuttlekitten: I bought this as a ball to use while pregnant. I am currently 31 weeks. And this helps a lot with my back and hips. I bought the medium, as pictured but I think it still a bit too small, I am around 5’2. My knees are supposed to be even with my hips but I end up sitting with my knees higher when I’m on the ball.

Nar: Update: The seller contacted me and offered to send me a new ball, which I accepted. I got it yesterday in a sealed package and am very happy with it. Like other reviewers have said, it feels like a very sturdy ball. When it's fully inflated, it doesn't sink down like other balls do.

The box had been opened and the contents in the plastic bags were opened too, Scotch tape was used to seal them. I felt it may have been a used ball. The ball felt sturdy and I liked it. I did not want to go through the hassle of returning it and the same thing might happen again. So I kept it. I hope it will hold up.

Karly: I purchased this as a workout accessory and to bounce on throughout pregnancy. Instructions were pretty clear, it was a bit of a workout to inflate, but I like that a pump came with the ball. I've been using it for a couple weeks now with no issues. I do wish I had ordered a size up. I went with the recommended size for my height, and it's okay, but I think I would have benefitted more from a larger size.

Breanna: I got the 48-55cm size and needed it to be more in the 50’s and the next size up in the 60s seemed too big. I can’t seem to get it to inflate any bigger than 45 ish so I’d recommend going a size up. Difficult to inflate as both ends of the pump and hose kept randomly ejecting itself from the ball causing immediate air loss.

It does however seem to be a great durable material and stands up to my uses with exercise and sitting and bouncing on it at 250+ lbs.

Amazon Customer: The ball is great, it's my second one. I sit on one at the office, the second is for when I work from home.
BUT...
the second one DID NOT COME with the small plastic thing that removes the pin from the ball. The pin that keeps the air in. And the pin needs to be removed in order to reinflate the ball, since it loses air.

I contacted trideer through their website, and no one responded to me. I'll update this review if they end up getting me the small piece necessary to remove the pin. I don't want to use something else that could puncture the material.
UPDATE: They did send me the piece, so I've updated to 4 stars. I had to contact customer service twice, and only after the second time when I left the negative review, did they respond. May not have been intentional, but that dinged a star
