Tri-Fold Hard Solid Adjustable FRP Truck Tonneau Cover

D. Robinson: The Good:
The cover is strong, heavier duty than I thought it would be. I have stood on it and there isn't even noticeable flex. It looks really great on. Not showy, and I liked that. Very clean lines. I really like it.
The not so good:
The instructions aren't really. No info on how to secure latches when folding the cover, you have to figure that out. The hinges have a little sideways play in them, so they don't line up automatically, you have to line them up if you want them aligned perfectly when the bed is covered.
So far:
I really like it a lot and think it is a decent value.

Paul G: Purchased this a few months ago for my 2019 F-150 Supercrew XLT with a 5.5 foot bed. It fit perfectly, took about 20 minutes to install and keeps the bed dry! I've used it in downpours, snow and have run it through the carwash without problems. The panels fold up so I can haul most things without removing it, though if I needed to it would be easy to do. Because the panels fold it would be easy to store as well. Though I haven't stood on it, it is rugged and looks great. I would certainly buy this again-- and it is a deal when compared to other hardtops.

Steve: My head was swimming when I started researching hard tonneau covers for my 2019 F150 that I just bought. Tri-fold, four-fold, one-piece, it goes on and on. The thing that bothered me the most is that when I read the pages and pages of reviews there was always grief about the fit, the finish, or the quality. And for the prices that I was about to layout for some of those other covers, I didn't want to read anything bad on those topics. Then, I found this product. The reviews were solid and the price was substantially less than the competition. Mine arrived in about 4 days. The instructions weren't all that good but by then I had watched a few videos on the installation of similar tri-folds so I didn't even open them until after I was done. Installation took about 15 minutes, the hardware seems durable enough (I wasn't expecting solid metal levers). The only issue I had is that one of the clips that hold the cover open had broken in shipment. The clip that broke wasn't the one that was attached to the cover, but the one that slips onto the webbing strap. The clip was the same kind that you might find on a sleeping bag strap. Capt Steve: Liked: how tight it fits and is easy to adjust, Very Sturdy, easy to open the tailgate with it on, well made - SUPER VALUE, easy to install (took less than an hour), looks good on the truck.
Disliked: instructions were written by someone that doesn't speak English, and were hard to understand in places.

Grizz: Installed this on my 2017 F-150, 5.5' bed. Cover fits OK, not a custom fit for the bed, but it works. Pickup truck beds are not rectangular like in the past, the front is almost 2 inches wider than the rear. The bed cover does not fit the lines of the truck, but it works. The cover itself is very good. Seems to be well made and sturdy. The problem is with the attaching clamps. They are junk. Everything but the long screw is cheap plastic. The C-shaped clips that ride in the channels on the bed cover are poorly designed. One of mine snapped in half within a week. Contacted the seller, they don't have any parts to replace broken items. That seems silly, they should have replacements at least for those C-clips, as several have stated they broke 1 or 2 of theirs. Would be a LOT cheaper than sending it back (they offered...), or negotiating a settlement, which is what I did. BTW, Tonno-Pro clamp assemblies will work with this cover, but it'll cost you over $25+ to get one to your door. For <$400, it's not a bad deal, seeing that similar USA-made covers are $800-$1200.
