Aquilino: I am 78 years old, and I well pleased with this product. For over a year I have been walking over 5 miles per day. I also do elliptical work out a couple of times per week. Of course I need to ingest protein and carbohydrates, and Nature Valley Protein is available when I need a boost. Love it.

Average Reviewer: If you look at the label, it seems like a really good lunch substitute. If you read the indgredients, however, it has corn syrup which adds 7 grams of sugar I believe. If I am reading the label correctly. This is different from a Larabar that uses dates to keep everything combined. Now that makes that bar higher in sugar but not in added sugar. So it's a mixed bag if you believe natural sugars are better than refined. The taste of the bar is good and for the price I got my box for, I would carry this on a hiking trip with some jerky.
Honestly, you can't go wrong with dark chocolate and cherry. The flavor combo is a hit with the family.

Holly Loudermilk Hutchins: We go to the gym often and our kids are in sports. These taste absolutely amazing and curve hunger while getting protein intake needed!!! The price was by far the best and I saved more signing up for future deliveries. They are firm but not hard and the flavor is on point!!! Not to mention the quantity for the price is beyond what I ever can get locally
