Tracy: I have been doing keto for 2 years (with a 5 month break) I have always struggled to meet my calorie goals and still stay low in carbs. I work out pretty heavy, and stay active. This snack is big and small enough to be that perfect gap in getting on a bit more fat and calories while keeping it keto with carbs.

Grace: My initial thought on opening the package was that these resemble YES bars. I was cautiously optimistic that they might taste as good as a YES bar too.

Surprise! They’re delicious! They’re less “banana bread” flavor to me and more “cinnamon and ginger spice”, but that’s okay, I appreciate the little extra tingle of spice it has.

These are definitely going to be a great morning treat to help me stick to my low carb way of eating. Highly recommend!

Amy F: They definitely taste like banana bread to me. Banana bread with a lot of cinnamon. These have a definite cinnamon flavor, it's not listed on the label, but it's covered under "spices". I think the texture and taste are excellent considering it is not baked, not bread is gluten free and keto. I like the sweetness level and find it not too sweet and just sweet enough. To me it's the cinnamon that gives it a lot of the sweet flavor. Personally I find them addictive! Yum! :-)
