Sandra M.: This is my first new piece of checked luggage in decades and there has been a big tech upgrade. Features I love: 4 wheels, super maneuverable, stable when upright, built in TSI lock, bottom grab handle for 2-handed lifting. Remarkably lightweight for size. Combined with packing cubes, tremendous capacity. The built in suit keeper doesn’t seem to zip out, but doesn’t occupy a lot of space when not in use so I don’t resent it. I can’t speak to durability. But I can say it makes packing fun again.

Alan KingAlan King: I have Briggs and I have Tumi. This bag is better for 1/2 and 1/3 the price respectively. The bag looks nearly new after 5 years. The wheels are slick almost to a fault; the bag will make a run for it if I don’t hold on to it on unleveled ground. Great bag.

Yoga Lover: Love the wheels, space and quality of the fabric used. It is a solidly built suitcase that will probably last us many years. We have bought cheap suitcases before and they sometimes break on the first trip. This thing is really nice and we have used it twice and it looks brand spanking new! The wheels are a bit taller than other suitcases and they seem really heavy duty. Love how easy it is to move around.

Ronn Lepage: this is the best carryon I have ever owned. It is the perfect size, it is well designed for easy packing, the outside computer and utility pockets are super handy. I use the side pocket for my passport and phone when I am moving through airports. Nice work Travelpro.

Cynthia: Love, love, love this suitcase. It was perfect for our
10-day trip. Great design, stylish, holds a LOT of items, just enough pockets and packs, durable, and doesn’t get scratched like the hard-sided luggage. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars as TravelPro is known for its cheesy, easily breakable zipper pulls. I have a smaller TravelPro that I also loved but several of the zipper pulls broke off and/or the attachments broke. It seems to be a common problem with this luggage, reading reviews on various sites. I don’t understand why the company doesn’t use
higher quality zipper parts for what would not seem to be a great cost to them, as it would make for a much happier customer. I will change the rating to 5 stars once I use the suitcase several more times, IF I still have intact zippers!

Amazon Customer: I received the luggage in perfect shape, despite being "used/good", at less than half the price. It was definitely worth taking a chance!

The luggage is high quality, very solid, great wheels, stable handle, luxurious leather handle. I won't go back to cheap luggage after this, the ease of use of a better luggage is too great. The power bank sleeve and suit folder are great additions.

Amazon Customer: AFTER TRIP UPDATE : The luggage appearance is like new after checking it 4 times. The wheels are still rolling smoothly despite enduring medieval cobblestone streets (I really thought they'd break, but no).

I got the Platinum Elite 25 from Amazon Warehouse Deals at less than half the listed price! Except for a very slight scratch on the top leather handle, it was in pristine condition, and I was also able to register the product online without problem.

Despite some reviews I read online, the front metal zipper was working fine. I still lubricated it with graphite powder and wax paper to prevent breakage and it glides very well now.

The spinner wheels roll smoothly, the handle feels sturdy in hand, and the luggage is easy to maneuver.

The expansion feature doesn't really add volume to the luggage, I think it only serves the purpose of being able to use the optional clothes hanger.

I probably won't use the provided plastic toiletry bag but it's nice to have the option to unzip it off.

AD: This carry on is a great size and expands a bit. Very roomy and rolls smoothly and effortlessly on 4 wheels. A purse or tote sits on top really well while rolling.

I bought the Vintage Gray with the leather trim and it looks great. It arrived in a heavy cardboard box completely wrapped in plastic, so not a scratch on it. This is a smaller piece of luggage than a typical 22” piece, so it will fit almost every carrier’s carry-on limits. This luggage can pack a ton of things and is very organized. I have packed for a week in Key West, so that would include pants, shorts, swim gear, etc., and it all fit. It has outside zipped compartments for other things like your tablet, travel docs, etc.

The bag materials are thick (read QUALITY, high denier ballistic nylon that will last forever), the sewing is on-point with no stitching problems, and of course, the magnetic wheels spin effortlessly and track straight when rolling (huge benefit over other luggage without wheel tracking).
