Amazon Customer: I live in the city and have a relatively small patch of lawn to mow. This product is perfect for that.
The only complaint is that the clip that is supposed to keep the edge trimmer secured to the mower base is not very secure and it’s quite easy for the functional part/edge trimmer to pull out of the base

WitchyD: I bought this 2-in-1 cordless trimmer because I'm only 5'2" and my old gas trimmer was just too tall and heavy for me.

As a trimmer, I like it fine. It's light, and the spools of string are easy to load. Came with 2 batteries, and they last long enough to do all around my house, shed, and driveway. Gets small/medium weeds and grass. Of course it will not be as heavy duty as a 4cyl gas trimmer for big stuff. I also bought the cordless blower, which takes the same batteries.

I thought the mower attachment would be great for some small grassy areas around bushes and on the driveway slope edges. But no. Unfortunately, the trimmer pops out of the deck constantly every time there is a little uneven lawn, thus making this thing fairly useless as a small mower, so only giving this a 4 star due to that.

You can just buy the trimmer. Save yourself the money.

Bucky: As a mower, it’s a joke. I’m guessing it was released on April 1. As a cordless weed trimmer, it’s weak. As a high grass trimmer it’s horrible. Why? For the price of $200, from this brand I expected at least it would have some torque. At least enough for high grass. You know, GRASS! Not talking about 1/4 inch stuff. No, I’m talking about grass.

Another point here is, TIME. Why do I get only 10-15 minutes of power? I see now why you have us get 2 batteries with this thing now. But what if we’re already using your cordless devices? Where’s the option to get this without the batteries? Most everything else you sell has that option! I already had 12 batteries this size. I didn’t need another 2. Now I have 14 batteries. I don’t have that many hands!!

And that wheeled cart is nice if you’re moving it forward, but the lip lock thing works as good as a v@x when you move it backwards. I haven’t tried fixing this problem yet. Mostly because it’s dumb. But..

Lis Mott: For the past several years I have been using a gas push mower to cut the ditch in front of our home as well as another property my husband and I maintain. This has never been a safe option, but it was a necessary evil since there was no way our ride on lawn mower could do the job and leaving the area uncut looked horrible. Last spring, just before cutting season, I saw this machine here on Amazon and wondered if this would work to cut the areas in question. Deciding to take a chance we ordered one and gave it a try. I was thrilled with how lightweight and knacky it was! Instead of standing at the top of the ditch and lowering the lawnmower down using a rope, I was able to stand at the bottom of the ditch and cut up the hill. (Doing so with the lawnmower would have been out of the question since it was too heavy and if I had have slipped it would have come down on me.) But with this machine I feel as if I'm vacuuming the yard, I do it one handed as I would with a vacuum! We were so impressed by how well it worked we bought a second one for the other property we maintain.

A: I purchased this handy cordless Mower about 3 month ago and although it is great for some jobs, it definitely can't compete with a large gas powered mower. But it has a lot going for it too! Pros: Lightweight and easy to move around, especially if you are older or have back or other physical issues. Easy to use. Can get into small areas where a large mower is very impractical or won't fit. Great for touch up jobs such a long summer dandelions when the rest of the grass is short and dry. It can hack down taller grass too but takes a bit of time. I love it for going between small trees or shrubs because it won't ringbark the trunks or stems and you can get quite close in to the plant. The deck shields the tree from the string,if attached properly. It has two heights but I found the higher one works best for me and it was difficult to change it from high to low. It's great for small jobs and quite dry grass but will work ok too if grass is a bit wetter. The batteries last a reasonable time too. It's easy to clean and you need to hose it off after each use as you don't want grass to build up on the bottom or where the deck attaches. The instructions say not to, but otherwise you would...

Dan Velasquez: ** For reference, the lawn I am cutting includes a front and back (no sides) of a duplex. The front is smaller (maybe 30ft x 15ft with an incline) and the back is a little larger (maybe 30ft x 45/50ft). **

Pros:
- Initial assembly was easy and the guide was very clear on how to piece it all together (but more on this in Cons)
- Super light weight. We carry it up a flight of stairs from basement to outside. Can easily be carried, with or without mower base attached, in one hand.
- Smooth when turning or changing directions. Just be careful not to angle it up (back wheels down) so you don't put pressure on the grass beneath and cut too short. It takes a little time to get used to using one hand, similar to a vacuum, but it's fine after a couple uses and not a problem.
- The mower cuts our lawn quite well. it has a couple adjustments for different heights and overall, the cuts are even and clean. The trimmer and edger modes are excellent as well and work as expected.
- The 3-in-1 aspect is great (for our use). Being able to quickly and easily snap off the lower base is a breeze. To go from trimmer to edger, you just rotate the handle in the corresponding...
