William K. Taylor: Thes are drop on replacements for cheaper ones I got during the pandemic as these weren’t available. Finally being fed up with the ones I got these. They are super quiet, very adjustable and close the door and latch it perfectly. I’ll only buy these from now on. They are absolutely worth the upgrade.

Sprman: Bought to replace units on a 20 year old Anderson screen door. Door has a screen insert and a solid glass insert (for winter in MInnesota), so door is light in the summer and heavy in the winter. These units came with all the brackets and screws for a complete install, but I was able to use all of my existing, pre-mounted Anderson brackets. Total install time was less than 5 minutes, including the closing speed adjustment. These worked great slowing down the door closing speed with the heavy glass insert while still ensuring the door positively closes and latches. Units seem solidly built, and were about 1/2 the price of buying replacement parts from Anderson. Granted, the original Andersons lasted almost 2 decades, so hoping these last at least half as long.

Jasper Edwards: Our daughter stopped using our front door because the storm door kept hitting her in the back on the way out. Got this dual cylinder system for the storm door to replace old standard dual cylinder from another brand and had it professionally installed. This is so, so much better. Even though the price difference isn't all that much as compared with other closers, this set is everything the others are not. It works so smoothly, no hitting people when they leave yet is easily powerful enough to solidly close the door without excessive speed, force or slamming. I engaged the professional because I wanted to make sure there wasn't something simple I had missed with the first system which would have made the regular system perform much better, i.e. close securely yet not so fast as to hit people. The professional (who really is) despite numerous adjustments on the old system could never get it to work the way I thought it should--to simply close the storm door slowly enough to avoid hitting people and at the same time, be powerful enough to close and latch the door 100% of the time.
