Yazusha: Overall, you get what you see and the product functions as intended. It was fairly easy to install with instructions I would rate as average. It is a bit more flimsy than I would like but, for the money, its hard to complain too much. Its held up fairly well for about a year so far but it is clearly less sturdy than the pneumatic piston that lasted on the original door for over 25 years. It has the feel of something that might last half as long, if we are lucky. If you are looking for a lifetime product on a heavily-traveled door, I would look elsewhere. If 'good enough' is all you need, this will work just fine for your needs.

Caleb: Worked very well for a screen door that used to slam hard. East to install, follow the instructions. Some people said the stopper didn't work, it does work you sometimes just have to tilt it a bit. I needed to do the soft door close adjustment by switching the hole the long pin goes through in the piston side and it worked perfectly, latches every time but softly. Would absolutely recommend. Of note the door won't open much past 90 degrees with this so if you want a full 180 then you need a different option.
