The Fire Starter rod is small but the kydex attach on my Tops Ops7 so good.

Janie: I initially thought this was a bit pricy, but my brother badly wanted a fire starter on his Esee knife sheath. I took a chance this would work, and it does. I have several Tops knives and know these starters to work very well. Now he is all set and I am sister of the year.

One shortcoming was that for my particular knife, a Tops Brakimo (pictured), the screws that were provided were a little short for the sheath. They will work, but I decided that it was a good idea to add a little bit of blue thread lock compound to make sure that the screws don't work loose over time. So, minus one star. Also, make sure to tighten the screws with the Ferro rod in place because you will want to...
