Amazon Customer: Don't know how I cooked until I found this product after moving to New Orleans 17 years ago. Now I use it practically every day. Great spice level for almost everything. Personally I like the salt level but that is something you have to decide on your own tastes. I just use Tony's instead of salt in most cases. I take it with me when I travel (smaller containers) because I hardly know how to cook without it! Then I leave it wherever I visit. Getting other people hooked on it too! This giant size is perfect and economical and I use it to refill a smaller container from the grocery store. Highly recommend. In New Orleans when talking to someone about cooking, or a recipe you say, "I just added some Tony's." Everyone knows what you are talking about! Lol
