Val E. Simone: Love the griddle, but the drip tray slips out very easily. There isn't a way to lock it in. Anyway, tray fell out and broke. Plastic is vey brittle. We called the maker and asked for a replacement. They sent it out quickly and at zero cost. Fabulous customer support.

He's really happy he can make a good size batch at one time. Hmmm...I'm hungry. I think I'll bring it out and put it 'conveniently' on the counter for him. I'll get the coffee started. :)

Steve D: Have to use an extension cord to reach outlet. Really silly reasoning for making the cord so short. Works well and clean up is simple. Holds set temp very well.
